2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by DomainFactory (domainfactory GmbH). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, requested file, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system used). This data serves the technical provision and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.

3. Contact / booking form

If you contact us via the booking form, the information you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number, message) is stored in order to process your enquiry and is sent to us by e-mail. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (enquiry regarding the initiation of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing enquiries). Your data is not passed on to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by e-mail to us.

4. YouTube videos

On our home page we embed a video from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) in extended privacy mode ("youtube-nocookie.com"). According to YouTube, this means that cookies are only set once the video is actually started. When the video is played, a connection to Google servers may be established and your IP address transmitted. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.

5. External ticket links

On the events page we link to external ticket providers (e.g. Eventim, ADticket, Reservix and other organisers' websites). After clicking such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies; we have no influence on the data processing there.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data stored by us, as well as the right to data portability and to object. Please contact us using the contact address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

As of: 2026. This privacy policy was created for the new, independently hosted website and replaces the version previously stored with Jimdo. Please update it accordingly if the embedded services change (e.g. additional tracking or analytics tools).
